Membership runs for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of enrolment. Renewal is auto-confirmed against the payment method on file thirty (30) days before expiry. Members may opt out of renewal at any time via "My Account → Membership". Annual fees are non-refundable once the welcome credit has been issued.

Discounts apply to food & beverage consumed in-venue at Driftint outlets. All published rates are subject to a 10% service charge calculated on the original price. Discounts cannot be combined with set menus, tasting menus, festive promotions, corkage, takeaway, retail, gift cards or third-party offers. Maximum 12 guests per table on a single member account. Dining offers are not applicable on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year Eve and Day 1–3, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

Priority booking windows vary by tier — Driftwood 14 days, Brass 30 days, Jade unrestricted. Standard cancellation is required by 18:00 the day before. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a HK$500 holding fee per cover, automatically charged to the card on file. The Atelier Lounge requires a HK$2,000 minimum spend per cover after 21:00.

Annual benefit coupons are issued on enrolment and reset on each renewal anniversary. Coupons are valid for twelve months from issuance, are personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed in a single transaction. Unredeemed coupons expire on the renewal date and do not roll over. Members will receive an automated reminder 30 days, 14 days and 3 days before any benefit expires.

Member exclusive pricing on coffee, wine and whisky is reserved for active members signed into a verified account. Local delivery within Hong Kong Island and Kowloon is complimentary on orders above HK$1,500; New Territories and outlying islands are charged at HK$120 per dispatch. Shop pickup is available at Driftint Central 11:00–22:00 daily. By law, alcohol cannot be sold to or collected by persons under 18; signature on delivery is required.

Driftint collects only the information necessary to operate your membership: identity, contact details, preferences, transactions and reservation history. We do not sell member data. Personalisation may be opted out at any time. Members may request export or deletion under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance by contacting [email protected].

Driftint reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership where conduct is incompatible with the comfort and safety of other guests or staff. Where suspension is initiated by Driftint without cause, a prorated refund of unused annual fees and dining credit will be issued within fourteen (14) working days.
